Snow Days…

So I did use the Nortic Trak yesterday, for about 10 minutes. I have to work up to it, but at least my legs didn’t feel like Jello when I got off this time. This afternoon I debated on whether to use the Nortic Trak or shovel snow… and shoveling the snow won, since I want to be able to get out tomorrow… if nothing else, to get to the store. I basically shoveled until my back couldn’t take it any more! (and the temperature started dropping).
I made bacon and eggs for breakfast this morning, cuz we are out of cereal… and now we are out of bacon… time to buy some food!
K went outside around 1, and I finally made her come in when I did… about 4:30. It wasn’t that it was ‘that’ cold out, just that she was rolling around in the snow. Wait til you see the pictures of her and the dog!!!
AF really bites this month… it seems to get worse each month. I go see the RE next month, so hopefully I will remember to ask him about it. Basically I have these HORRIBLE shooting pains, like someone is stabbing me with a knife right up the middle!
Great… see, I shouldn’t Google stuff, cuz I don’t always want to know these things. Actually, it was what I was thinking, but every time I have had a Lap… they say No to the endometriosis… but this is exactly what is going on with me. All the more reason to see the RE! I went onto WebMD… and it still sounded like Endometriosis… but like I said, they have done biopsies that say I don’t have it. Granted, the last one was 7 years ago… about. Reading on… it also might be from IBS… Ok, that one is more believable… since I know I do have that. Still need to talk to the RE.

If it’s possible IBS, have you tried gluten free? We had to just do that with my Katelyn and I’m amazed at how much better I feel. I totally didn’t exect that.
Yay for moving! And shame on your husband for criticizing a movement in the right direction.
I just got out yesterday to exercise for the first time in months. It felt sooo good but my legs were definitely jello by the end.
